Tasting Notes
NOSE
Rich and fruity, with plums, orange peel and toffee. Gentle smokiness and seaside character.

PALATE
Sweet to start with toffee and fruit leading to darker, smokier notes.

FINISH
Long, with a hint of chilli spice.
