Hand crafted by a small, passionate team of distillers, the time-honoured methods of Knockdhu distillery shine in this fabulous balance of two notably strong flavours. Presented at 43% abv, free from chill filtration and at natural colour.
The nose opens with sweet honey and tropical fruits, with hints of cinnamon and toffee, all enveloped in delicate campfire smoke. The rich palate offers notes of toffee apple, warming spices, deep vanilla and subtle peat smoke, before leading to a long finish of wood smoke, caramel and more sweet vanilla.
