Penfolds Koonunga Hill Cabernet Sauvignon is intense crimson with a solid core. The nose shows lovely Cabernet aromas with a touch of leafiness and dried Italian herbs, with riper blackcurrants, loganberry and minty nuances. A fruit driven palate of dark fruits – dark cherries and blackcurrants, with chunky ‘Cabernet’ tannins that give texture and length on the palate.
