Abundant bubbles, but fine and elegant. Aromas of lemon and grapefruit combined with the richness of fleshy fruits such as white peach, apricot and sour apple provide freshness and vivacity. Dried fruit also comes into play, in harmony with hints of honey. The complexity of the aromas of fresh fruit and caramel gives greater intensity to the final result. It is a subtle balance whose length is exceptional on the finish.
